Restaurant de la Tour serves fish, shellfish and traditional recipes on Sanary harbour. It is part of the hotel of the same name, close to the boats and old streets.
Dining here
The tourism office lists fish, shellfish, bourride and bouillabaisse among the house specialities. It also describes a service in which some fish are carved in front of diners. Ask what fish is actually available and how shared dishes work before deciding; season and catch should guide the order.
When prices depend on weight, ask for the fish’s weight, recommended number of diners and total cost including sides. For a traditional recipe such as bouillabaisse, check whether the dish itself needs advance ordering. If you want terrace seating, say so when booking while accepting that indoors may be preferable depending on sun or wind.
The quay makes it easy to continue with a walk after eating. During busy periods, allow time to reach the restaurant from parking or public transport. Ollioules–Sanary station is not on the quay: plan the final leg before choosing your table time if arriving by train.
