At Les Oursinières, a small sand-and-pebble beach sits beside the harbour. Boats, restaurants and a walk along the quays give you things to do after swimming without leaving the area.
The beach and its surroundings
Take time to watch the small harbour from public areas: boats, quays and departures make the scene feel alive. Keep routes clear and do not climb onto boats for a photograph. With children, watching can become a proper activity between swims.
The beach is described as sand and pebbles, with both sandy and rocky seabeds. The view is attractive, but this remains a small beach, so in summer expect to share it closely with others. Water shoes can make crossing pebbles more comfortable. If looking underwater with a mask, remain in the authorised area and keep clear of boat movements.
The Cap Garonne mining museum offers another idea within the municipality, but needs a separate journey and a check of its opening hours; it is not directly on the beach.
The tourist listing describes an adapted route to the water and an amphibious wheelchair available from the lifeguard post in season, with help according to need. Contact the service before a visit requiring the equipment; an accessibility label alone does not describe the entire route from parking. Restaurants, toilets and parking options are listed nearby. They do not necessarily operate the same hours throughout the year.
